Linkage (the "App" and/or the "Service") is presented by Monstreet, Inc. and operated by Broong, Inc. and Imagedrome, Inc. ("we", "us" or “our").

USER CONSENT

When using this app, you are consenting to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

The policy explains the types of information collected by us and stored on our servers when you use the app, as well as how this information may be utilized. We will not share your information with anyone except as explicitly described in this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

Statistical Information

We may collect and aggregate non-identifying information regarding your use of our Service, including, inter alia, username, User ID and Linkage’s sent and received Information ("Statistical Information").

In addition, we may also collect information about the device you’re using the App on, including what type of device it is, what operating system you’re using, device settings, unique device identifiers, and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you’re using and its settings. Location Information

Linkage is a relationship management service that utilizes location, so when a user uses the app, the user's location is verified with the consent of the user. You may need to use your location to exchange Linkage cards with people in close proximity or to create place and address content. Therefore, please familiarize yourself with it before using our app. Please note that our app is not legally responsible for disclosing your location information.

Your location information can be used for statistics and analysis to improve, modify, and enhance services. We also reserve the right to provide and disclose collected statistical information to third parties, particularly potential and real advertisers, sponsors, business partners, investors, affiliates, and consultants.
However, we do not sell the location information of each user to any third party for commercial purposes.

User-generated Information

The information users generate in the app is primarily intended to be shared with others. The shared information can be accessed by the shared user at any time, and the user who provided it is fully responsible for this, and the company is not responsible for the disclosure of personal information.

If the information created by the user violates the privacy, property rights, etc. of others, or violates the public interest, the use may be restricted or subject to legal sanctions.

Also, we do not take legal responsibility for information entered incorrectly by users.

The information generated by the user while using the service may be used in connection with the service of a third party with the consent of the user as our service function expands in the future.

Information Deletion

When a user chooses to delete their account, the information created within that account is typically removed.

However, content posted in other users' accounts or public areas will persist under the name 'Unknown User' even after the account deletion.

USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

Statistical Information

Statistical Information shall be used to ensure the adequate operation, improve, modify, cancel, enrich or adjust the Service, in general or to your area of interest.

We reserve the right to use and disclose Statistical Information (in the form collected) to third parties, including, inter alia, potential and actual advertisers, sponsors, business partners, investors, affiliates and consultants, at our sole discretion.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. We shall notify you of any changes by posting notice of such changes within the App. Your continued use of the Service after we make any such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. Notwithstanding, changes to our Privacy Policy, regarding information we may collect or use or disclosure of collected information, shall only take effect thirty days (30) after posting notice of such changes within the App.
